Job Summary :
We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in ensuring the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absence administration.
• Arrange quarterly and annual performance reviews for employees.
• Screen and shortlist resumes during the hiring process and update the database.
• Ensure the work structure is maintained by updating job requirements and descriptions to align with HR objectives.
• Arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on departmental needs.
• Support the recruitment processes by performing background checks and verifying employee eligibility.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist (1+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
