Job Summary :
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluating applicants.

Responsibilities :

• Create and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates using databases and various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
• Draft recruitment emails to engage passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Conduct candidate calls.
• Maintain management information systems (MIS).
• Promote job vacancies on social media, job boards, and through referrals.
• Shortlist eligible candidates and report to the HR manager.
• Schedule interviews.
• Perform onboarding formalities for new hires.
• Update candidate status through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage internal recruitment software.
• Handle exit formalities for departing employees.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Experience with sourcing techniques using at least one job portal such as Naukri, Indeed, Hirect, TimesJobs, or platforms like LinkedIn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in making recruitment calls is essential.
